Website designs, layout, graphics, photographs, logos, text and collection names belong to Label Aayka or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim or criminal offence. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

1. Products

• Label Aayka creates handcrafted slow-fashion clothing.
• Minor variations in colour, print placement, texture, embroidery or finish are inherent to handmade work and are not defects.
• Colours may differ slightly because of photography, lighting and screen settings.
• We may limit quantities, discontinue designs or modify product details without notice.

2. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed in INR and may change without notice.
• Payment must be completed through the prepaid options shown at checkout. Cash on Delivery is not available.
• Payments are processed by secure third-party gateways; Label Aayka does not store complete card, UPI or banking details.
• We may cancel an order affected by a pricing or typographical error and issue a full refund.

3. Orders & Cancellation

An order is confirmed after payment. Orders may be cancelled within 5 hours by sending a DM with order details. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Cancellations after 5 hours are not accepted. We may cancel orders involving fraud, pricing errors or inability to fulfil; a full refund will be provided.

4. Shipping

Made-to-order delivery normally takes 7–14 business days. Charges and serviceable locations, including international shipping, are described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, graphics, logos, text, brand and collection names are protected under applicable Indian copyright and trademark law and may not be used commercially without written consent.

7. User Conduct

You must not use the website unlawfully, attempt unauthorised access, transmit harmful or infringing content, or misuse customer-service channels.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Label Aayka is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, handmade variations, courier delays or third-party services. Total liability for an order will not exceed the amount paid for it.

9. Privacy

Your use of this website is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kullu, Himachal Pradesh.

11. Changes

We may revise these Terms. Continued use after publication constitutes acceptance.
