Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Return & Exchange Policy

• Returns are accepted only for defects or a wrong product delivered, within 5 days. Video proof is required.
• If you received the wrong size, you can send it back for exchange.
• We do not offer design customisation. Minor sizing adjustments may be made on request; customized or altered products are not eligible for return or exchange.
• We do not provide reverse pickup. Customers must send the item back themselves and bear the return shipping charges.
• The item must be undamaged, unused, unwashed and in its original packing to be eligible for exchange.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of placing the order via DM with your order details. Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Cancellations after 5 hours will not be accepted.
